Westside Row Reveals Architectural Plans, Launches Pre-Construction Campaign

Seven-unit downtown Amarillo brownstone development unveils floor plans featuring 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and residences ranging from approximately 1,700 to 2,400 square feet — now featured in Brick & Elm Magazine and the Brickly Newsletter.

AMARILLO, TX — Yellow Sky Group, LLC today released the architectural floor plans for Westside Row, its seven-unit luxury brownstone development planned for 300 SW 10th Avenue at Harrison in the heart of downtown Amarillo. The plan reveal coincides with the project’s debut in the May/June 2026 issue of Brick & Elm Magazine and a feature placement in the Brickly Newsletter — marking the project’s first formal public marketing campaign.

The newly released preliminary architectural plans, offer the first detailed look at what future residents can expect inside each of the seven residences. Every unit in the development will include three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across three levels of living space, with total square footages ranging from approximately 1,700 to 2,400 square feet.

The development’s two end units are designed with a larger overall footprint, offering additional square footage that sets them apart from the five interior residences. All seven units share the same premium program: an entry-level bedroom and full bath on the first floor, an open kitchen and living level on the second floor, and a master suite with an additional bedroom on the third floor — each crowned by a private rooftop deck accessible through a dedicated penthouse landing.

In addition to the generous floor plans, each residence will feature:

The plan reveal is timed to coincide with Westside Row’s debut in Brick & Elm Magazine’s May/June 2026 issue — Amarillo’s premier lifestyle publication — as well as a digital placement in the Brickly newsletter, which reaches thousands of Amarillo subscribers weekly. The multi-platform campaign reflects Yellow Sky Group’s commitment to building meaningful pre-construction interest in the market ahead of a targeted 2027 completion.
