Westside Row Brings Modern Urban Living to Downtown Amarillo

Amarillo, TX — A new urban residential development is set to introduce thoughtfully designed, modern brownstones to the heart of downtown Amarillo. Westside Row, a seven-unit attached townhome community planned for 300 SW 10th Avenue at Harrison, aims to contribute to the continued revitalization of the city’s West Downtown corridor.

To be developed by Yellow Sky Group, LLC, a local firm, Westside Row is designed to blend Amarillo’s architectural heritage with contemporary urban living. The three-story townhomes will feature private rooftop terraces, two-car garages, and upscale amenities — offering residents a walkable, low-maintenance lifestyle in the city’s core.

The project reflects a broader national trend toward urban infill housing in emerging and secondary markets, where demand is growing for well-designed, higher-density residential options located near dining, entertainment, and employment centers.

“Downtown Amarillo is evolving, and we believe there is strong demand for quality urban housing that reflects the character of the city while offering modern design and functionality,” said Armando Pando, one of the two principals of Yellow Sky Group, LLC.

Each of the seven for-lease residences will include:

Located within walking distance of Polk Street dining, entertainment, and business districts, the development is positioned to support downtown’s continued growth and residential density.

The project is currently progressing through preliminary planning and city review processes. Pending final approvals, construction timelines will be announced at a later date, with anticipated completion targeted for mid-2027.
